Operating out of Australia, we work directly with cooperatives and processing partners across the Brazilian Amazon — primarily in the state of Pará, where the açaí palm has grown along riverbanks for centuries. Our role is to bridge that origin with wholesale buyers, retailers, and food manufacturers who need consistent supply at commercial scale.
We don't broker. We don't middle-man. We import, hold cold-chain inventory, and sell directly to qualified distributors — which means our partners get tighter pricing, faster lead times, and a single point of accountability from harvest to dock.

Every shipment moves through four controlled stages. Each one is documented, audited, and traceable to the lot — because trust at scale only exists when the supply chain is visible.
Açaí palms are climbed by skilled harvesters. Berries are graded and depulped within hours to preserve the antioxidant profile.
Pulp is HPP- or heat-pasteurised, snap-frozen, and packed in food-grade formats — sachets, blocks, drums, or spray-dried powder.
Sealed reefer containers cross to Australia or Europe at −18°C. Temperature is logged continuously across the entire voyage.
Inventory is held in cold-store partner facilities. Distributors order against live stock with full traceability documentation.
We sell only wholesale. We do not run a retail brand, we do not undercut our buyers, and we do not sell into the same channels we supply.
That's a deliberate position. It means our distributor partners can build their own brand on top of our supply, knowing the company behind the pallet has no incentive to compete with the shelf they put it on.
